A privacy note you cannot understand is not a privacy note. Here is what we hold, why, and how to make us stop — and the whole of it rests on one idea: your data is yours.
AUSIBOT is an independent international service: it is not registered in any one country and is not tied to any single nation's register, and no individual's name appears here because you are dealing with the service rather than with a person. What it holds itself to is international privacy law and the standards of mutual respect that go with it, rather than the statute of one country. Where your own country's law gives you stronger rights than this page, your law wins. Ask for the formal policy and we will send it.
Everything above is stored on our own server, and it stays there. When you ask a question, the text of that question (and any knowledge it needs) goes to the AI provider whose key you supplied, under your own account with them. Their privacy policy governs that processing, and that is a direct consequence of you bringing your own key: we never sit in the middle of your model usage.
You can destroy anything, at any time, without asking us and without giving a reason. In your dashboard, Delete everything erases your account on the spot: your messages, your files, what the assistant remembers, your books, your contacts and the account itself. One button, one typed confirmation, and when it finishes there is no copy left for us to keep, sell or lose — not a backup, not an archive, not an anonymised version. A privacy promise that needs an email to a support address is not control; this is a button.
The single exception is a billing record we are required to keep for tax purposes. That is the only thing erasure leaves behind, it is not personal data, and we would rather say so than claim an absolute we cannot honour.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use your business records to advertise to you. The assistant will not hand out your personal phone number or personal email to somebody asking in a chat, whoever they claim to be — identity cannot be checked in a message.
If we ever have to tell you about a data breach, we will tell you directly and quickly, not in a footnote.
Message @my_ausi_bot and ask. If nobody can answer it, we will say so.
