AUSIBOT is an independent international service. It is not registered in any one country and is not written to the law of any one country, because the people who use it are not in one country. These terms are written to international standards of fair dealing and mutual respect, and where your own country's law gives you stronger rights than this page, your law wins.
It is software that helps you run the admin side of a small business: drafting, remembering, chasing, filing and reminding. It is not an accountant, a lawyer, a registered tax agent or a financial adviser, and nothing it writes is professional advice. It prepares work for a person to check, and you stay responsible for anything that goes out under your name. Where it gives you a figure, it tells you where the figure came from so you can check it yourself.
No software is perfect and no model is always right. AUSIBOT is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be free of errors or always available, and we are not liable for a decision you take on the strength of a draft it produced. That is not a trick to dodge responsibility: it is the honest limit of a tool that writes a first draft for a human to check. An interruption is possible; we will say so when it happens rather than pretend otherwise.
You can leave whenever you like, and take your data with you or destroy it on the way out. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and if we do, we will tell you why.
